Delivery costs are calculated automatically based upon client's address, in order time.

Delivery charges are complimentary for orders over €150 to one address. Please allow 7 working days from receipt of payment. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by order mail link or contacting Personal Shopping in Live Chat. Please contact Personal Shopping , Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 18:00; closed on Italy public holidays.

Please allow 5 additional days for delivery of personalized items by the customer with his drawing.

Return Policy and Packaging Information

EVO 925 offers shipping service for any item that you’d like to return.

Simply visit Returns page and compile the product return.

Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the courier used for shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return.

Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange with customer motivation within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and will be processed within 14 days of the return.

Please note we do not accept returns for customised products.
